Little by little our house is really coming together 

and I am falling in love with its awkward walls and window seats all the more.

But we are still, at this moment, without cable or internet. 

At first the idea seemed kind of romantic - nothing but books and conversation - 

but last night was the BCS championship game and the lack of visual resources 

was too much for one of us to bear. 

So, we walked two blocks over to a wonderful row of restaurants 

and watched the game in my now favorite little diner. 

I am loving our new little neighborhood

and glad for both of us that we are getting Fios installed today!
