This was the last weekend before family and friends start arriving ...

and we worked so hard getting everything ready but still had time to relax and
enjoy our time home in the country.

Mr. D, Lucy girl and I even got an Easter basket full of sweets
and lots of wonderful treasures from my mom and dad

before we indulged in our family Easter morning breakfast tradition of bunny buns!

I have never felt more loved and thankful than I did this Easter.
A startling and most hopeful joy.

God is good. So good.
