life.

His heart danced upon her movements like a cork upon a tide.
He heard what her eyes said to him from beneath their cowl and knew
that in some dim past, whether in life or revery,
he had heard their tale before.

I spend most days lately in awe of life. Life that has past and life that is just newly beginning in my belly.

Alongside the man whose hand I hold and walk beside, I am left with the sum of love and hope. Filled with appreciation and respect for those who've past and a hopeful anticipation and joy for the tiny beating heart within me.

Today our family is celebrating the life of Rob's Grandma.
I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to know her.
